Sippy Cup Time

Gil decided to take some pics today of the kids while they were drinking out of their sippy cups. Some of them were cute and funny, so I thought I would post them. You may be able to detect a bit of their personalities from looking at these...

In other news, we have finally found someone to watch Ethan and Hannah when I go back to work in 4 1/2 short weeks. I was getting really nervous about it and not wanting to just leave them with a stranger who placed an ad for daycare...and something made me think of a couple we know who have 3 yr old boy/girl twins and Gil called her and she was more than willing to take them on for the few days a month that we need someone to watch them. I feel so relieved! I will still miss them terribly and I'm sure that every day at work will feel incredibly long but at least I know they will be in good hands!

Future Piano Players??

Ethan & Hannah got this Baby Grand Piano for Christmas from Great Auntie Alayne and they are having so much fun making music with it! Maybe we have future piano players on our hands.... ;o)

10 Months

Actually, they were 10 months yesterday, but Ethan was not
feeling well...had a fever and was just out of it all day...so I didn't figure those would make for the best pics. He is feeling better today. His eyes still look a little tired, but he has perked up considerably.

Hannah is doing better today too. She was feeling fine yesterday, but it was more than apparent that she missed her "big" brother...who was either being held or was sleeping or away at the doctor's.

Today they are back to playing together and being silly with each other.

How on earth am I going to leave these two precious people to go back to work in 2 months? :o(

Morning Nap

We put the kids down for their morning nap this morning and I found them both laying asleep with their one leg up resting against the back of the futon. I thought it was so cute and funny...and so Gil decided to take a pic of them!

New Year's Eve

Ethan & Hannah's 1st New Year's Eve. I don't know if it's possible to love two precious babies anymore than we already do!

We had a few friends over and played games and ate Chinese food (my favourite New Year's tradition). It was fun...even if it meant being up until almost 2:30 am. We still managed to drag our butts out of bed this morning when the kids woke up for breakfast.
